This app does not work.

This is junk! I cant hear a thing. The app seems to record (u can hear the other voice in the mp3), but u hear nothing during the call. crApple store should test the thing b4 makig it available to its customers! Whos gonna gimme back my 2.99, plus 3x0.99 for unsuccessful calls? Should I call India? :)

This app is a total confusion. You will pay around 50 cents per recording. This simple function is not simple to use. Takes real effort to figure out how to make a recording.

I purchased this app minutes before an important call & Read all instructions inside app help section. Result= It did not record my call. I cant blame app. Just visit main website for proper detailed instructions and test it at least Two times beforehand.

Doesnt work on cell phones in Japan.

Downloaded this app and it does not work at all in the US. It has to dial a secondary number but the number is disconnected!!

Have not been able to get the app to work. Disappointed and dismayed because cant seem to get refund.

I had 3 important calls to record this week. All of them eventually wound up in my inbox with minimal effort with the app. Setup was a breeze. Then the app dialed out to a 408 number. I merged this call with my other call. Everything else including the transcripts showed up in my inbox. The transcripts highlighted all contacts in my conversation. So, I could easily copy/paste tel numbers into my phone contact. Highly recommend this app

I had this particularly annoying store owner who promised warranties over the phone and never honored it. I got him recorded in this app and used it to fix my car speakers. App was trivial to use and worked very reliably. I havent played around with the app too much but what little I have seen, I like it a lot.

Crystal clear recordings. Easy to use and everything is automatic.

Seriously dont waste your money. I still can only get the audio to record and email to me. The phone call recording still hasnt worked for me. Every time I link my incoming orrrr outgoing call to them it leaves the call on mute or simply drops the call or their link site. If that isnt enough the help pages are four tiny pages with a sentence or two. Unhelpful is being generous. I am ashamed I bought this. Really. I would guess most reviews are planted.

I am a tax accountant and am on the phone 6 hrs a day. love this app-my customers dont mind me recording calls instead of taking notes. the transcripts are a really useful addition I couldnt find in any other app. I feel comfortable stating this app rules!!

Stumbled across this app by chance. It didnt seem too expensive and has been worth every cent. I love its ease of use and the clarity of the recordings.
